1. Service Overview

Shufur provides premium black car and chauffeur transportation services across Louisiana and nearby regions. Services include airport transfers, point-to-point rides, hourly service, and event transportation.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or via email.

  • A valid credit card or payment method is required to confirm your reservation.

  • Pricing is provided at the time of booking and may vary based on time, distance, vehicle type, and service.

  • Additional charges may apply for wait time, tolls, parking, extra stops, or changes made to the original reservation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours) are non-refundable.

4. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers must behave respectfully toward the chauffeur and vehicle.

  • No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are allowed in the vehicle.

  • Any damage caused by a passenger may result in additional charges.

5. Delays & Liability

  • Shufur is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, or unforeseen events.

  • We make every effort to be punctual and to adjust schedules in real-time when possible.

6. Vehicle Requests

  • While we strive to honor vehicle preferences, availability cannot always be guaranteed.

  • A vehicle of equal or greater value may be substituted if your requested vehicle is unavailable.

7. Privacy

  • Your personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as outlined.

8. Modifications to Terms

  • Shufur reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
